Theｍａｓｔｅｒand the slave of the control unit is based PLC of Siemens Ltd. , worked steadily and dependable .HMI system adapted newfashioned configuration software - StoneView - published by Beijing Stone Automation Co.,Ltd. , showing the states of  the equipments in the industry local , keep the history data in the archives ,pinting the report forms, supplying OPC interface and real-time communicating with device in the distance.         恒壓供水在民用、工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用廣泛，但使用老式控制系統(tǒng)難以得到良好的壓力控制、難以對(duì)遠(yuǎn)方多個(gè)水源選擇性控制，并且人機(jī)交互能力也比較差，從而管理難度大，操作復(fù)雜，造成人力物力浪費(fèi)。         基于“集中管理，分散控制”的模式，數(shù)字化、信息化環(huán)保工程的思想，我公司開發(fā)了這套基于GPRS的恒壓供水控制系統(tǒng)，并著眼于“管控一體化”信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)，建立一個(gè)先進(jìn)、可靠、高效、安全且便于進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)充的集過程控制、監(jiān)視、無線控制和計(jì)算機(jī)控制于一體并且具備良好開放性的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，完成對(duì)整個(gè)工藝過程及全部生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的監(jiān)測(cè)與自動(dòng)控制，實(shí)現(xiàn)“現(xiàn)場(chǎng)無人值守，少人值班，智能調(diào)節(jié)”的目標(biāo)。         1、系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成         設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候，在確保先進(jìn)、可靠、開放、安全的前提下，始終堅(jiān)持控制成本的原則。本套系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化程度高，人機(jī)交互能力強(qiáng)。我公司采用的無線通訊系統(tǒng)組成見圖1（系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)圖），硬件主要由以下5部分組成：         A、1臺(tái)主站可編程控制器CPU226 + EM223 + EM222，一臺(tái)MM430變頻器；         B、3臺(tái)從站可編程控制器CPU222 + EM231（1塊四路模擬量輸人模塊）；         C、4套GPRS DTU通訊模塊 + 4張移動(dòng)SIM卡；         D、1臺(tái)工業(yè)計(jì)算機(jī)（上位機(jī)） + 1套“StoneView”組態(tài)軟件；         E、2面主站操作顯示屏+1面主站控制柜+3面從站控制柜。         我公司選擇了西門子S7-200
