• M型電磁傳感器檢測裂紋的仿真分析及參數(shù)優(yōu)化

    摘  要:傳統(tǒng)的脈沖渦流傳感器采用圓柱式結(jié)構(gòu),其磁場大部分在空氣中傳播,造成能量的損失,因此該文設(shè)計M型電磁傳感器在單線圈傳感器上增加一個U型磁軛來提高磁場的利用率。通過ANSYS仿真軟件對M型傳感器與單線圈傳感器檢測不同深度的裂紋進行仿真對比,結(jié)果證明M型傳感器的靈敏度高,信號強,同時對于傳感器激勵源參數(shù)進行優(yōu)化。

    Simulation analysis and parametric optimization of M-type pulsed eddy current
    sensors to detect cracks

    Abstract: The single-coil sensor was used as the traditional pulsed eddy current sensor, but the magnetic field mostly spreads in the air, resulting in the loss of energy. So a M-type electromagnetic sensor is proposed. The M-type sensor is made of a single-coil and a U-shaped yoke which improved the utilization of the magnetic field. Based on ANSYS simulation, a comparison of the M-type sensor is carried out with the single-coil sensor in detecting the different depths of cracks. The simulation proves the effectiveness of the M-type sensor and the sensor excitation source parameters are optimized at the same time.
